Minimum age to be on this site is 13. (by the way, seeing as you're new, you don't realize how people rate things on here. I doubt this will even get past judgement, to be honest. Animation and voicing was simly horrible.

I'm sorry your cartoon was deleted. I think people would be a lot less mean about it if you were 13 (that's how old you have to be before Newgrounds lets you in). Try putting up another cartoon when you're old enough.
